Abstract

A new textured model algorithm is reported which eliminates the piecing together effort faced in conventional, hierarchically structured algorithms. A construction procedure to optimize computational efficiency is presented. The conditions for convergence are discussed. The efficiency of computation and proof of convergence are illustrated for loss minimization on reactive power management.
