The effect of disordered interfaces on the phase diagrams of a bilayer A and B, spin- 1 2 system, is analyzed, where A and B possess different bulk properties. An effective field theory is employed. In particular, the mean bulk-like transition temperature Tc of the considered system is calculated in general as a function of the different exchange constants of the system and as a function of the concentration p in the randomly disordered interface layer ApB1-p. It is shown that the existence of disordered interfaces may severely affect the phase diagrams of Tc.
