As the popularity of computer controlled robots keeps increasing, we can definitely see the need of interfacing a robot with micro-computers in industry or in school laboratories increases as well. This paper uses a Minimover-5 and a Vic-20 as an example to demonstrate the indepth of the basic techniques of interfacing a robot to a micro-computer.
