Abstract

Results are presented of an experimental study of heterodiffusion of various homovalent cationic impurities (Co, Mg, Ca) in the temperature range from 800 to 1700 degree C in the air into single crystals of pure NiO and NiO doped with 430 ppm of Cr//2O//3.
