Abstract

A model based on the two phase theory of fluidization has been developed for prediction of fluidized bed combustor performance. Two different particle. The relative importance and influence of model parameters (i.e. mass transfer rates between the bubbles and the dense phase and the dense phase gas and. It was found that model predictions are in a qualitative agreement with the experimental observations. The calculated values of char particle temperatu.
