Abstract

In this study, microcontroller based nuts conveyor belt has been realized as design and application to be used on industrial facilities. Designed conveyor belt contains measuring circuit, zero crossing detection circuit, AC/DC converter circuit, thristor and driving circuit, microcontroller circuit and electromagnet. The amplitude of the voltage applied to electromagnet is adjusted by a microcontroller based thyristor drive circuit. Therefore the vibration intensity of the conveyor belt is adjusted and different sizes of nuts are transported easily. The results of experimental studies performed in the conveyor are found to be low cost, useful and simple design.
